To prepare this you'll need chicken wings and marinade, which includes:
- Ketchup - 50 g
- Mayonnaise - 50g
- Juice of half a lemon
- Garlic
- Onions
- Orange or tangerine - 1 pc.

Directions:
First make the marinade, add some salt and pepper to taste. Put your chicken into the marinade for about 20 minutes. Then wrap wings into triangles and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Total cooking time - 40 minutes

Stuffed legs

Ingredients:
- Chicken legs - 4 pcs.
- Prunes - 100-150 g
- Walnuts - 50-70 g
- Cheese - 100-150 g
- Greens
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper


Use a sharp knife to remove the skin of chicken legs like a stocking so the lower part remains on the bone. Chop off the bone. Carefully cut the flesh and mince it. Steam prunes with hot water. Remove stones and chop the prunes. Grate cheese with a coarse grater. Crush walnuts and garlic, chop herbs.
Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the chicken skin with the mix, sew up (or fill the skin inside and put a "seam" down).
Coat the chicken legs with mayonnaise.
Oil the baking sheet and put legs "seam down".
Bake in a well-heated oven (200-220 degrees) until tender (about 30 minutes).

Chicken and mushrooms pie

Ingredients:
- Cake wafer - 3-4 pcs.
- Chicken fillet - 800 g
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onions - 200 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Rich cream - 100 g
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper, salt
- Parsley

Cut chicken fillet into pieces, fry with onion chopped to semi-rings.
Slice mushrooms and saute in butter, add some nutmeg, salt, pepper, cream, mix well with chicken and onion and rub it all in a food processor.
Interlay wafer cakes with the mix, apply a thin layer on top, dredge with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Decorate with greens when serving.

Pilaf "Assorted"

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 2 pieces.
- Rice - 250 g
- Sausage - 100 g
- Ham - 100 g
- Smoked pork loin - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 100 g
- Onions - 50 g
- Stock - 0.5 liters (1 stock cube)
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- Butter - 4 tbsp.
- Chopped cilantro - 3 tbsp.
- Saffron - at the tip of a knife
- Salt

Directions:

Cut ham, onion, loin and chicken meat into cubes, slice sausages and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Add diced tomatoes, salt, saffron, then add the rice. Pour in the broth, cover and simmer until cooked, without any stirring. Stir the pilaf and add some greens over it before serving.

Chicken baked in a special way

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 pc.
- Vinegar 6% - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 1 tbsp.
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper
- Salt

Cut the chicken carcass in front and flatten so that the edges touched buttered roaster. Brush the chicken with vinegar diluted in 150 ml of water, rub it with crushed garlic, salt and pepper and leave for 12 hours in a cool place. Cover the roasting pan with chicken with foil and bake for 1,5 hours in a hot oven at 150-160 ° C. Remove foil. Mix orange juice with honey and pour over the chicken. Bake until golden brown.

Chicken with pita bread

Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Lime zest - 1/2 tsp.
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- Tequila - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Minced garlic - 1/4 tsp.
- Starch - 2 tbsp.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Pita - 4 pcs.
- Lime - 2 pcs.
- Black pepper, salt to taste

For sauce, mix lime zest, lime juice, tequila, honey, vegetable oil, starch, and garlic, season with salt and pepper, bring to boil, stir untill the sauce thickens.
Grill chicken for 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking pour the cooked sauce part.
Before serving, lay a folded pita bread on a platter, place the fillets, slices of tomato and a few slices of avocado.
Pour remaining sauce to the chicken and decorate wit a wedge of lime.

Chakhokhbili Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken - 1.2 kg (chicken can be replaced by a similar number of thighs)
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Cilantro (or parsley) - one batch
- Basil - one batch
- Khmeli suneli - 1 tsp
- Small red pepper 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Butter

Cut chicken into small pieces of about equal size, wash, dry with paper towels. Fry in a dry frying pan for 15 minutes, turning constantly, until golden brown. Reduce the heat.
Slit tomatoes skin crosswise, pour over boiling water, dip into cold water and remove the skins. Cut into small cubes, add to chicken. Stew for 10 minutes.
Cut onions into half rings and fry with butter until golden brown.
Add to the pan, stew covered for 30 more minutes. At the end add the finely chopped garlic, herbs, salt and spices, stir and stew for 7 more minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Chicken liver salad

Ingredients:
- Chicken Liver - 200 g
- Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions:
Wash, dry and chop the liver.
Cut jnions cut into half rings, slice carrots into strips.
Wash peppers, remove the seed box and cut into half rings.
Fry the liver In the heated vegetable oil in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and cook until tender for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Salad served warm.

Stuffed chicken necks

- Chicken necks - 1kg
- Chicken liver - 300-500 g
- Flour (or semolina) - 2 tbsp.
- Onions - 1 onion
- Salt, spices - to taste
- Chicken fat (for frying)
- Chicken stock

Rinse chicken necks, gently remove the bones so as to obtain one-piece hollow tube. For the stuffing: in a little chicken fat saute semolina or flour, separately fry chopped onions and chicken livers. Mince liver with a meat grinder or chop finely, mix with flour and onions. Stuff necks wit the resulting meat, sew and cook them in chicken stock over medium heat for 30-40 minutes. Then take the necks off the stock, let the liquid drain and fry them in chicken fat.

Tender cutlets of chicken hearts

Ingredients:
- Chicken hearts - 0.5 kg
- Salt and pepper
- Stale white bread - 2 slices
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Egg - 1 pc.


Mince hearts, onions and soaked in water (milk or cream) bread, add the eggs, mayonnaise, flour, salt and pepper. Put patties in a hot pan with oil wit a spoon to spread. Fry until golden brown. If the cutlets are not ready in 5 minutes put them into the oven.
Obtained cutlets are very tender and juicy.

Roasted sausage with cheese

Ingredients:
- Sausage - 4 pcs.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- Roasted bread - 4 slices
- Lettuce

Directions:

Cut sausages lengthwise, brush slices with mustard. Then connect the halves, put between slices of cheese between them, and fix with a wooden skewer, which is to be removed after roasting.
Roast the prepared sausages with butter until golden brown.
Serve on lettuce leaves with roasted slices of bread.

Sardelki with honey and sesame seeds

Ingredients:
- Sardelki - 4 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

Directions:

Mix soy sauce with honey, put the mixture on shpikachki, dredge with sesame seeds. Bake shpikachki under the grill for 6-8 minutes. When serving, cut each into 4 pieces, pick the skewers, put the snack on a plate. Decorate with greens and fresh vegetables.
