Chicken and mushrooms pie

The composition of the dish:

Ingredients:
- Cake wafer - 3-4 pcs.
- Chicken fillet - 800 g
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onions - 200 g
- Butter - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Rich cream - 100 g
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper, salt
- Parsley

Cut chicken fillet into pieces, fry with onion chopped to semi-rings.
Slice mushrooms and saute in butter, add some nutmeg, salt, pepper, cream, mix well with chicken and onion and rub it all in a food processor.
Interlay wafer cakes with the mix, apply a thin layer on top, dredge with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Decorate with greens when serving.

Sausage skewers with pineapple

Ingredients:
- Sausages - 8 pcs.
- Potatoes - 4 pcs.
- Canned pineapple - 120 g
- Fresh bacon - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Green lettuce
- Black pepper, salt to taste

Directions:

Wash, peel and boil potatoes. Let them chill and cut in halves. Cut sausages and slices of bacon into pieces. Cut pineapple into cubes. Put potato halves, sausage and bacon pieces, and pineapple cubes on skewers. Make marinade from vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle it on skewers. Grill or roast skewers until cooked. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Devilled chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 2 pieces.
- Garlic - 4-6 cloves
- Apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar - 3-4 tbsp.
- Run butter - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Salt

Directions:

Cut chickens the sternum, spread and slightly repel so as not to crush bones. Then add salt to taste, sprinkle with vinegar and marinate for 1 hour. For seasoning rub the garlic, mix with pepper, coriander and salt, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Brush the chicken with this seasoning well inside and out. Roast the chicken with hot oil in a special pan - first from the inside with a press, then from the outside without press. Hunter's Chicken

- Butter - 50 g
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Ketchup - 120 g
- Dry white wine - 100 g
- Brandy - 15 g
- Sprigs of parsley and cilantro - 5-6.
- Salt, pepper, lettuce

Directions:

Rinse chickens, wet and cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper and roast on a gridiron for 15-20 minutes, rotating regularly. Peel and chop mushrooms and onions. Add butter, wrap in foil and grill for 10 minutes. Mix wine, ketchup, 2-3 tbsp. of water and boil for 3-4 min. Add chopped herbs and brandy. Mix in bowl with mushrooms and onions. Place ready-made chicken out onto a plate and pour the cooked sauce. Serve with lettuce.

Fennel flavoured chicken liver on skewers

Ingredients:

- Chicken Liver - 400 g
- Olive oil - 70 ml
- Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp.
- Sage leaves - 8 pcs.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp.
- Salt and white pepper

Directions:

Wash and dry chicken livers. Mix the fennel seeds, lemon zest, sage, garlic and spices in a blender. Add the breadcrumbs.
Season the liver with the mixture and put on skewers, then roll it in breadcrumbs and fry on a hot pan in olive oil until golden brown.
Bring to done in the oven at 200°C if necessary. Sprinkle with lemon juice when serving.

Chickens with golden eggs

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 2 pcs.
- Lemon - 2 pcs.
- Grounded ginger - 1 tsp.
- Run butter - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp.
- Onions - 8 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken stock cubes - per 200 ml of stock
- Saffron - 1/4 tsp.
- Grounded cloves - 1/2 tsp.
- Egg - 4 pcs.
- Black pepper, salt

Clean and wash chickens, dry, season with salt inside and out. Put half a lemon inside the chicken, sprinkle with black pepper, half the rate of ginger, cloves, sew up the abdomen. Heat the run butter and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the chicken on all sides and put them to another bowl. Clean and chop finely onions and garlic, saute in the oil remaining after roasting the chicken, add stock, salt, put the chicken back. Squeeze juice of one lemon. Beat up saffron, ginger and remaining vegetable oil, gradually adding the lemon juice. Pour over the chicken and stew covered over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Boil hard boiled eggs. Shell, put in a roasting pan with the chicken 10 minutes before ready. When serving pour the chicken sauce, remaining after the fire, decorate with eggs. Serve on rice.

Chicken roast

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 400g
- Eggplant - 3 pcs.
- Onion - 3 pcs.
- Bell pepper - 3-4 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
- Vegetable oil
- Thyme, salt and pepper

Cut chicken breast lengthwise and tenderize slightly. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper and place on a well heated pan and fry for 5-7 minutes. Fry cut into thin strips vegetables in a separate pan in the following order: eggplant (2-3 minutes), onions (3-4 minutes) and bell pepper. Stew it all for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly. When all ingredients are ready, place salad leaves on a plate, lay over fried onions, eggplant, bell pepper, fried chicken.
The dish can be decorated with sprigs of dill and parsley. Mashed potatoes or buckwheat crumbly fit well as a side dish.

Chicken fillet with minced chicke

- Chicken fillets - 6 pcs.
- Minced chicken - 250 g
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
- Adjika - 1 tsp.
- Shredded cheese - 70 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Run butter - 50 g
- Wheat flour - 4 tbsp.
- Black pepper, salt

Make chicken cuts as a side pocket, salt and pepper.
Mix the minced chicken with butter and adzhika for stuffing. Put it into cuts, bread in flour and fry.
Grease roasted fillets with mayonnaise, cover with shredded cheese and bake.
Serve with rice and vegetables.

Chicken with pita bread

Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Lime zest - 1/2 tsp.
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- Tequila - 2 tbsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Minced garlic - 1/4 tsp.
- Starch - 2 tbsp.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Pita - 4 pcs.
- Lime - 2 pcs.
- Black pepper, salt to taste

For sauce, mix lime zest, lime juice, tequila, honey, vegetable oil, starch, and garlic, season with salt and pepper, bring to boil, stir untill the sauce thickens.
Grill chicken for 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking pour the cooked sauce part.
Before serving, lay a folded pita bread on a platter, place the fillets, slices of tomato and a few slices of avocado.
Pour remaining sauce to the chicken and decorate wit a wedge of lime.

Chicken wings in beer

- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Light beer - 0.5 liters
- Salt to taste
- Curry (powder) - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper (ground) - to taste
- Garlic - to taste

Peel and grate the garlic on a small grater. Then, mix it with salt, pepper and curry.
Then brush wings with garlic mixture and let them soak for 30-40 minutes.
When the time comes, pour beer to the wings (wings must be completely covered with beer) and put them to bake in a preheated to 220 C oven until completely cooked.
Beer is better to be light, because dark beer gives a stronger taste to the meat.

Sardelki with honey and sesame seeds

- Sardelki - 4 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Liquid honey - 1 tbsp.
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

Directions:

Mix soy sauce with honey, put the mixture on shpikachki, dredge with sesame seeds. Bake shpikachki under the grill for 6-8 minutes. When serving, cut each into 4 pieces, pick the skewers, put the snack on a plate. Decorate with greens and fresh vegetables.

Poultry pâté

2 chicken breasts

2 or 3 large carrots

3 boiled eggs

1 small onion salt, pepper, herb seasoning and appe vinegar

Method of cooking:

Boil chicken and carrots in salted water (add pepper and bay leaf). Do not pour the broth away (you'll need it later). Slice the onion finely, pour apple vinegar over it, and let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Blend the chicken breasts and carrots in a blender or a mincing machine. Drain the onion form vinegar and grate the eggs on a coarse grater. Combine ingredients, add the broth, and mix everything until you get a pâté texture. Add herb seasoning and pepper (optionally). Spread over bread or crispbreads.
