- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.

- Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Vinegar 3% - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper
- Salt

Rinse the chicken and boil in a small amount of salted water with wine over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove the skin, draft the stock.
Wash and dry the melon, cut off the top, remove the pulp with a spoon to fit the chicken. Place the chicken into the melon, pour in the stock, cover with the removed top fixed with wooden skewers, place the melon in a pan. Cook with a small amount of water tightly closed for an hour. Remove the chicken, divide into portions and arrange on a platter.
Serve on rice, decorate with greens.

Jellied Chicken

- Cooked chicken - 500 g of flesh
- Fried chicken - 150 g of flesh
- Chicken stock - 400 g
- Gelatin - 25 g
- Water - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.

- Butter - 50 g
- Freshly ground nutmeg
- Black pepper, salt

Soak gelatin in cold water for 30 minutes, then pour into the warm stock and bring to a boil. Chill. Pour the jelly layer of 5 mm into round deep dish and put to a refrigerator to harden.
To make a paste mince the flesh of roasted chicken two times with a meat grinder, add butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beat up the pulp well.

Rinse chicken necks, gently remove the bones so as to obtain one-piece hollow tube. For the stuffing: in a little chicken fat saute semolina or flour, separately fry chopped onions and chicken livers. Mince liver with a meat grinder or chop finely, mix with flour and onions. Stuff necks wit the resulting meat, sew and cook them in chicken stock over medium heat for 30-40 minutes. Then take the necks off the stock, let the liquid drain and fry them in chicken fat.

Chicken in wine

- Chicken - 1 pc.
- Seed onion - 250 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Ground red pepper - 2 tbsp.
- Run butter - 2 tbsp.
- Dried thyme - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dry red wine - 250 ml
- Chicken stock cubes - per 1.5 cup of stock
- Brandy - 3 tbsp.
- Potato starch - 1 tsp.
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
- Salt
